Payment

Once your booking has been confirmed by Vietnam Birding we will need payment in full by bank transfer at least 90 days before the start of the tour. Any charges levied by your bank for transferring must be covered by yourself. If payment has not been received by the due date then Vietnam Birding has the right to cancel all tour arrangements.

Cancellations

Vietnam Birding reserve the right to cancel any tour that has not been paid for in full 90 days before the start of the tour. If you have to cancel your tour once payment has been made then Vietnam Birding will charge cancellation fees on the following scale:

90-60 days before start of tour	50% of total tour cost
59-30 days before start of tour	75% of total tour cost
29 or less days before start of tour	100% of total tour cost

It is absolutely essential that you take a travel insurance that covers cancellation in case you need to cancel for any reason. See pre-trip information for more on insurance.

In the unlikely event that Vietnam Birding has to cancel a tour once payment has been made in full then the total tour cost will be refunded to you.

Surcharges

As tour bookings are often made a year or more in advance the original price of your tour may be subject to a surcharge if airlines, hotels or other service providers increase their prices before the start of your tour. Vietnam Birding will advise you immediately in such a case.
